A story shaped by the highlands.
In West Java, Wildan Mustofa saw how the cool, misty climate and volcanic soil could support Arabica. Working with local growers, the farm developed shade-grown cultivation and careful land stewardship, helping keep vegetation in place and soil more stable. Wildan built trust by showing results in the fields, then created opportunities to learn and work in harvesting, sorting and drying.
Later, Fikri helped broaden the farm’s processing work, including natural, honey and anaerobic methods. This lot is a natural coffee: the fruit dries around the seed, carrying a bright, sweet character into the cup.
